Thermoflon TR 6232
Thermoflon TR 6232 is a high-purity, graphite-incorporated PTFE packing without any added lubricants and fillers. This packing solution is suitable as an anti-extrusion ring for preventing gap extrusion.
Isartherm K-Flex 6051
Isartherm K-Flex 6051 is a braided packing made from expanded graphite, with reinforced corners made of carbon fiber, reinforced with textile fibers. This packing solution is an elsatic, extrusion resistant packing for applications with high-temperature/high-pressure. Particularly appropriate for power plants and chemical applications.
Isartherm-Flex KIN 6050/KIN
Flexible packing, reinforced with inconel wire, particularly for high preassure and high temperature service. Fulfills the requirements of refineries and power plant engineering.
Excellent cross-sectional density and volumetric stability. Wear resistant and gentle to the spindle. Low friction coefficent and good distribution of gland forces.
Isartherm 6060
Isartherm 6060 is a diagonal braided packing made from high purity carbon fibers. The fibers are combined with a silicon-free lubricant which has especially high speed/load running capabilities. Pre impregnated high performance yarns are combined with special lubricants during the braiding process to form a well balanced high quality packing. Therefore the Isartherm 6060 is the preferred choice for challenging applications especially in the pulp and paper industry.
Isartherm-Flex 6050
Isartherm-Flex 6050 is a diagonally braided packing made from permanently elastic, pure expanded graphite foils. This flexible and adaptable packing is especially suitable for applications with high pressure and high temperature services. As a standard packing Isartherm-Flex 6050 is suitable for almost every industrial sector, especially power plants and the chemical industry.
Isartherm C 6011/C
Isartherm C 6011/C consists of a flexible graphite core with a specially designed wear resistant cover made from pure carbon fibre. The enclosing braid is flexible and heat resistant. Running against the spindle is optimised and installation is made easier through the high graphite content of the impregnation.This high performance valve packing is one of the most outstanding packing solutions used especially in energy production but also in every industry where high temperatures and aggressive media occur. Chemstar NQ 6226/NQ
Chemstar NQ 6226/NQ is diagonally braided from 100 % PTFE silk impregnated with pure PTFE dispersion. This low-chloride packing is nuclear quality for special service in power plant valves.
Chemstar L 6226/L
Chemstar L 6226/L is a 100% PTFE-packing impregnated with PTFE-dispersion. It is a sintered, high performance PTFE-multifilament-yarns with thorough PTFE-impregnation, diagonally braided. Universal PTFE packing, preferred for use in chemical and food industry.
BuraTAL-Flex 6070
BuraTAL-Flex 6070 is braided from high purity expanded graphite material (C-content >99 %) over knitted with Inconel wire. It contains a special high temperature impregnation as well as a corrosion inhibitor. Due to the high wire content it can be used without end rings.

Buraflex HT 2000/HT
EagleBurgmann Buraflex HT 2000/HT is made from diagonally braided permanently elastic graphite foil with a high performance lubricant. Therefore it is the pump packing for high temperatures and very high sliding speeds. The combination of graphite body yarn and Nomex yarn corners provide high long-term strength and resistance to corner extrusion.
Supraflon 6435
Supraflon aramid staple fiber packing has high thermal and chemical resistance and is economical in use. The impregnation combines with excellent cross-sectional strength to give long life and good sliding surface performance.
The packing is gentle to shaft surfaces and is ideally suited for applications in the sugar, pulp and paper, and chemical industries.
Supraflon is diagonally braided packing and has silicon-free lubrication with PTFE impregnation.
Araflon 6426
High quality, high strength packing for
all industry sectors, especially chemical and petro-chemical industry, waste water, and pulp and paper. Araflon is highly resistant to abrasive media and product contamination. It is extremely stable and hard wearing.
Araflon braided packing is made from high quality smooth aramid filament yarn (Kevlar®) with multiple PTFE impregnation and lubricant.
Buramex SF 6335
Universal wear-resistant packing which is very useful to standardise whole sectors of industry – even with abrasive media. Buramex SF has a high cross-sectional density and structural stability. It has good sliding properties to reduce wear and friction.
Buramex SF is made from diagonally braided Nomex white aramid-based yarn with a silicon-free lubricant.
Buraflon 5846
Flexible, easy to handle packing which requires little maintenance and treats shafts gently. Suitable for marine applications and applications in the brewing, drinks, and pharmaceutical industries. Tough, hard wearing ramie fibers make it wear resistant to abrasive media such as
is found in the pulp and paper industry. Furthermore, Buraflon is particularly resistant against degradation of fibers through salt water attack. Ramie fiber packing, diagonally braided with light coloured special PTFE impregnation to avoid product contamination, using paraffin wax and oil (silicon oil free).
Buratex W 4003
Cotton packing with light colored grease impregnation. An ideal economical general purpose pump packing for undiluted liquid media and clean applications.
Buratex flexible cotton packings are manufactured from selected wear-resistant yarns which are pre-impregnated and twisted. A very intensive secondary impregnation combines with the diagonal braided construction to give a very elastic and soft packing which is resistant to rot.
Buratex R 4002
Cotton packing with red colored special impregnation. An ideal packing for sea water applications.
